For a simple house plan I like is 2-3 bedroom house. I like this plan because it is really simple. This is not as complicated as half of the other ones I looked at. This would be really simple to draw. I would change some things in this house plan though. I would put bedroom 2 where the kitchen is and the kitchen where bedroom 2 is.
I personally like this house plan too. We are into some holiday house design makeover and we as a family are all excited about it.
